The Rev. Phillip Weller read the service at 9:00 o’clock, followed by the nuptial high mass.
The bride wore a gown of white taffeta, designed with long sleeves and a full skirt. The fitted bodice was distinguished with an off the shoulder neck line, filled in with chiffon. Her full length veil fell from a tiara of seed pearls and flowers. She wore a gold cross and chain and carried a shower bouquet of mixed flowers.
Attending her as matron of honor was her sister-in-law, Mrs. Nicholas Helfert, who was attired in a frock of white net over taffeta and a matching blusher veil.
The bridesmaid was Miss Marie Buchholtz, of Park Ridge, Ill. She wore an aqua lace and net over taffeta dress with matching blusher veil. Each of the attendants wore a gold cross and chain and carried a bouquet of mixed flowers.
